Labrador-Grenfell Health is clarifying instructions for individuals who receive COVID-19 testing.
Individuals who have been identified as a contact of a positive case and who have been contacted by Public Health will receive directions on self-isolating while waiting for test results.
Individuals who have not been contacted by Public Health, chose to seek COVID-19 testing and who do not show symptoms of COVID-19 are required to self-monitor and do not need to isolate while waiting for test results.
If you are unsure about the instructions provided to you after accessing the drive-through clinic or become symptomatic, please call 811 for further direction.
