Public Notice – November 16, 2021
Labrador-Grenfell Health is advising the public that beginning November 22, 2021, blood collection services at the Labrador Health Centre in Happy Valley-Goose Bay will transition from appointment-based to walk-in service.
This update is being implemented to improve access to care as well as increasing efficiency of patient flow.
Clients who receive a requisition for blood collection may avail of services Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Clients are reminded to bring their requisition and Medical Care Plan card (MCP) with them when presenting for blood collection.
Labrador-Grenfell Health encourages all clients and patients to participate in the Client Experience Survey to provide feedback on its services following your visit. The survey can be accessed at https://www.lghealth.ca/surveys.
